You can use the following payment methods:

Grožio.Lt values the time and convenience of every customer. Choose home delivery or delivery to more than 1000 post
offices across Lithuania.

1. At the order checkout stage, select from the following delivery service providers:
   • Venipak
   • Lp Express
   • Itella
2. Select your delivery method:
   • The parcel will be delivered directly to the address you specify
   • Delivery to a post office of your choice
3. Once you have chosen your preferred delivery service provider and method, proceed to payment.

We always dispatch the parcel the next working day after the order is confirmed. Orders received before 12 noon are
dispatched the same day. Your order will reach you no later than 2 working days after the order confirmation.

Your order should take no more than 3 working days to reach you after confirmation.

A service fee of €5 applies for orders under €20

Monitoring the status of an order

We pay great attention to every order and keep you informed about any changes. To ensure your peace of mind, we provide an easy way to track your order from the moment it leaves our store until it reaches your home or chosen parcel locker.

As soon as your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an SMS or email with your order details and tracking number.
