•  Appearance of the product: if you are returning a product, please note that it must be in its original and undamaged packaging, i.e. the product must be in its complete state. 
• Return period: we offer you a 100-day period to return the product if the product does not meet your expectations. 
• Product selection: if the cosmetics are not suitable for you, or if you are returning a product under the “We Care” performance guarantee, please contact us to help you with the necessary steps.
